Freeze has a history of letting boosters do more than they should be doing (car dealership in Oxford, recruits using hunting land, etc...) so is it really a stretch to imagine him letting boosters who can now legally give players benefits have a say on who starts/plays?

Why was Brown named the starter vs. New Mexico on a Tuesday? Coaches review game film on Sundays, so a QB change from the staff would have been made on Monday. A Tuesday change tells me Hugh doesn't know what the frick he is doing or a booster/some boosters told him to make a change sometime on Monday.

Who knows who is running their offense. Pre season Freeze said that he , the OC, and the qb coach might all call plays during the game. I knew then that it was going to be a fun season watching Auburn.
