Greatest ending to a college football game? 2013 Iron bowl or last years natty?

Kick six was during one of the biggest rivalries in all the land. Everything on the line for both teams. The underdog versus the giant. Slugfest all the way to the end.

One second left, game tied, and the underdog takes a FG to the house untouched down the sidelines in front of their home crowd. The whole world cheered except for Bama fans and maybe a few Dawgs. Epic fricking ending.

Auburn goes on to lose the National Championship in heartbreaking fashion. I add this in there because I do believe it takes away a tit bit from the kick six greatness. And if any Auburn fans tells you they don’t think about that natty after remembering the kick six, they are lying.

Then you have last years National Championship. UGA trying to dethrone the king and claim their spot as the new dominant program in College football. Bama goes down 13-0 at the half. Nick makes one of the greatest coaching decisions ever made. Goes with a true freshman Hawaiian at QB.

He leads us all the way back for a game winning FG and we miss. Head to OT. Then down three dead in the water on 2nd and 26 throws a game winning walk off rope to win it ALL.

Both games are EPIC no doubt about it, (top two finishes of all time I believe) and before you let your Bama hate decide for you just think, which game would you rather your team win?

I doubt many agree with me due to hatred for Bama, so not looking for validation. Just wanna see people pick a walk off iron bowl over a walk off natty. It’s entertaining.

You talk about Bama hate but you don't see your Bama bias.

Kick 6 may be second only to Cal/Stanford “The Play.” Kick 6 will forever be a top 3 finish in college football.

Of course I understand I’m biased towards Bama but it doesnt matter who the teams are, I’m picking a epic walk off Natty over a epic walk off rivalry game every time. Right?

Last year’s nattie was literally the most important play in college football history

Cal Stanford was the craziest finish between two 500. Ball clubs. But not the greatest finish.

If it's for my team I'm obviously picking the title but as a non-bias fan there for the enjoyment of the game I'd take into account the entirety of both games.

2013 Iron bowl was a back and forth game that ended with Auburn evening the game with 32 seconds left then bama getting in position for a long game winning FG followed by the most exciting play since I've watched college ball. The only reaction to a sporting event that came close to that for me was David Tyree's catch in the superbowl.

Last year's championship the first half was very boring. Then Saban made a Goat call putting the freshman in. Honestly from the 4th quarter to the end of the game Bama made it look easy. Blown coverage isn't as entertaining as a kick six to win the game.

Let’s see, one of the rarest ways to score a touchdown going the full length of the field with no time left on the clock, in the biggest rivalry in college football, to decide the SEC championship (lol Missouri), and who would play for the national championship, where the losing team was going for a 3 peat, and the winning team went winless in the conference the prior season, plus all the drama of having 1 second put back on the clock at the behest of the greatest college football coach ever

This must be one of those "in my lifetime threads"

Kick six could go in there but also

Cal-Stanford 1982
Flutie Hail Mary
Kordell Stewart to westbrook
1980 Holiday Bowl (BYU was down 45-25 with 2 minutes left and won on hail mary)
1979 Cotton Bowl (Notre Dame trailed 34-12 with 6 minutes to play and won on a last play Montana pass to Kris Haynes after Montana had left the game earlier suffering from hypothermia)
Harvard Yale 1969

You forgot the whole bring us back down 13 at the half part lol And he froze that safety by looking him off. So to say the dude was just running wild and free is comical.
