The average Auburn fan is pretty football smart and appreciates Bo. Every fan base has fools with unrealistic expectations. We had idiots online start complaining about Heup a few weeks ago. The idiots aren’t usually representative of the fan base as a whole

Just one of those things.

Like how some call Clint Moseley a "crybaby" for no reason.

Or they claim Sean White was a coke head

In reality, Nix was treated no differently than most starting QBs at most schools when he struggled.

His mother saying Auburn fans would have spit on him? fricking bullshite and she knows it.

Oline and coaching issues aside, the Nix’s wanted him to be treated with kid gloves and special because his last name was Nix….who Patrick was a mediocre QB at best…. and that isn’t going to happen anywhere in the SEC, or Power 5 football for that matter.

Ive never understood Auburn fan's rampant speculation and rumors circulation about the elder Nixes. Were the Nix's not Auburn family?

The shite that Bo did at LSU in 2021 was extraordinary, and showed how little help he had on that side of the ball outside of Tank.

The best thing for both of us was for him to go to Oregon and get Harsin fired. His injury costs us probably 2-3 wins, but also saved us from the potato man.

Well said. This is the silver lining to cling to. Now we just need to go find someone with skill and stick by them, especially when we know there are many extenuating circumstances affecting the whole offense, not just the QB.

Unless you are LSU and your QB is playing like a fricking man possessed. . .

Bo needed hugs after the Georgia game. I'm guessing Harsin was 99.5% of the reason he left.

Dang, didn't know we all thought this. Is there like a Auburn fan conference I missed where they voted on this?

I get if he left for Harsin. The fans anger, however, made no sense. This year’s team is floundering as a result of running him off.

Proud of the guy for developing himself into a star QB. Gus and Harsin were responsible for a lot of why he was not as successful as he could be at Auburn.

He was playing behind garbage OLs his entire career.

Why no one on the plains wanted to recruit OL anymore after those monster groups Chizik and Gus had early on is completely baffling to me.

Bo in the Malzahn offense with competent blocking and real weapons outside would’ve been a very potent group.

Aubarn fans are awful. They brought Bo's dad, an Auburn legend, to tears. Sad.

Washington and Oregon will be a great game.

I generally don't pay much attention to the PAC-12 other than if/how it might affect the playoffs, but that's going to be an awesome game.
