Tenn might as well just play their games in a softball stadium
That will prepare them for Omaha

Stop being lazy and do actual research. You will find out they have hit as many home-runs on the road than at home. Also you will find out the dimension to LNS similar to a lot of fields in the SEC. How many they hit on there last road trip? I think it was like 10 at Auburn.

Alleys -365 LNS
Left/Right- 320 LNS
Center- 390 LNS

Vandy stadium-
Left field - 310
Right- 330

Auburn stadium
Left/Right- 315
Right C- 365
Center- 385
Left C- 365

Arkansas
Left- 320
Right center- 365
Left Center- 375

But keep trolling, and giving y your factless takes.

Well Burke broke the All Time HR record at UT and is tied now for the current lead with C-MO.

Burke can also break the all time hits record for consecutive games with a hit Friday. He has tied the Shcool record for hitting safely in 27 consecutive games.

It's interesting how you're cherry picking.

For instance, Vanderbilt's left field is 310 but also has a massive wall.

LNS has the smallest outfield in the SEC, by a country mile.

Why didn't the run-rule go into effect during your last game? Yall were up by 10+ runs after 7. UT scored another 3 runs after

No they don’t.
UGA right field is 315ft with a normal wall. And Auburn field is similar to Tennessee in all areas and Arkansas field is same size as UT in left and the alleys. Stop hating cock sucker.

If they didn't, you wouldn't be forced to cherry pick.

Arkansas field is same size as UT in left and the alleys

Baum-Walker is 400 to Center
Lindsay Nelson is 390 to Center

That alone makes the field about 5.2% bigger at Baum-Walker.

A baseball field is basically a 1/4 circle.

Area of a circle = pie * r^2

BW = 3.14 * 400 * 400 / 4 = 125,600
LNS = 3.14 * 390 * 390 / 4 = 119,398

And that doesn't even take the alleys into account
BW is 375 to LC and 365 to RC
LNS is 360 to LC and 360 to RC

That probably adds at least 1-2%.

TLDR: Baum-Walker is about 7% bigger than LNS.

in men’s basketball they have the most consecutive seasons without making a final 4 while still considering themselves a “basketball school”

He broke the UT home run record, but is now tied with someone else?

This is a nice record if he can do it.

The next record they'll break is the most "Greatest Team Ever" to not win a championship trophy...... I think they are tied w/Arky for that record to date. Good luck Vols

So they're a little over halfway to the SEC record

Career SEC HR leaders by school:

LSU: Eddy Furniss 80 (SEC record)
Florida: Matt LaPorta 76
State: Rafael Palmeiro 67
South Carolina: Justin Smaok 62
Alabama: Andy Phillips 61
Auburn - Josh Etheredge 59
Arkansas - Danny Hamblin 57
Georgia - Gordon Beckham 53
Kentucky - John Wilson 50
Vandy - Pedro Alvarez 49
Ole Miss - Kyle Gordon 48

So every single team from the pre-2012 expansion had a career HR record at least 8 higher than UT's coming into this season. 45 players (SEC record book doesn't go back any further) have 46 or more career home runs.

Tommy White has 19 more career home runs than Burke, and they both started playing college baseball the same year.

What a record to break. These records really just show how bad Tennessee's baseball history has been.

You will find out they have hit as many home-runs on the road than at home.

Tennessee has hit 21 home runs away from home in 9 total games (2.33/game) and 80 home runs in 28 games at home (2.86/game). So no, they have not hit has many on the road as they have at home.

Further, 14 of their 21 total home runs away from LNS came in 3 games at Auburn, who also has a tiny field. Auburn also happens to have the worst record in the conference and have given up the most home runs in the conference. Even if you take away all the home runs they gave up against Tennessee, they'd still be 12th in the SEC in HRs allowed. Their pitching staff has been torched by everyone. If you like math, that means in their other 6 games away from LNS, they have hit 7 home runs, or 1.17/game.
