Good thing the committee knew that Georgia wasn’t one of the top 4 teams

They knew. But putting them in over wash or much would have resulted in civil war.

Georgia lost to the only good opponent they faced. They might be one of the best teams, but their season did not evidence that. Why play the season if we are just going to select the top teams with voters eye test?

That isn’t an eye test. They won 29 straight games and lost close to the SEC Champion.

It was the opposite of an eye test. It was a recency bias

Wouldn't matter if Georgia could beat the Ravens.

CFP website clearly displays the criteria used for choosing the "best" four teams. Georgia didn't have the resume that 4 others did.

They beat 2 teams that just won NY6 Bowls against B1G #2 & #3 to go 11-2 in the regular season

Only this season matters. Not the last two.

What about Florida State? They had the resume, 12-0.

Georgia destroyed two teams that have won NY6 games. They shouldn’t have made the playoff, but your reasoning isn’t true.

Four best teams are UGA, Alabama, Texas and Washington. Michigan is the best of a shite bunch. Screw them.

The way things went this year , 2 SEC teams were never getting in. The SECCG was a play in game and both teams knew it.

Georgia should have gotten in before Texas did.

This exactly. The beat down Mich is about to receive is going to be eye opening.
