Ole Miss will have a tune up game to warm them up. In this scenario, Ole Miss playing a G5 team actually benefits them giving their situation.

Take off the SEC goggles and you will see that they do not match up well against Ohio State, Indiana, Oregon, and Texas Tech. Maybe Miami, but that’s if Carson beck is cold that game. If they win it all then it’s going to require a lot of close games and the wind to be in their favor.

If they played like they did in Atlanta they aren’t losing.

I guess we’ll have to play the games to see.

Depends on which UGA- the Tech game or Bama game

The only team UGA doesn’t match up with is Alabama which was 90 percent about the helmet.

You're going to have to elaborate.

UGA has come from behind, blown teams out, won in shootouts, and won close defensive struggles. They can throw to win or run it with manball. Even without the red & black glasses, this team has 13 games on tape at this point, so elaborate

If they play like they did in Atlanta the week before last they aren't winning either.

They got two short fields against a team that couldn't move the ball and scored 4 times. The week before they scored 16 points.

I don't really think Bama's defense is all that great right now compared to some of the other playoff teams.

I just don't know what to make of them. Don't think I would bet against them but also not sure I can see them beating an Ohio St, Indiana, or Oregon. I legitimately won't be surprised if they win it all or lose their first game.

I texted Kirby and let him know your thoughts . He responded back and said he never thought of it like that before, and he is now going to consider preparing for Ole Miss instead of just showing up for the game as he had been intending to do. You may have saved us, thanks!

Judging by all the DVs this thread got, I like the confidence that Georgia fans have. It’s good to show no weakness

Beating an injured one dimensional bama team isn’t a tough task.

Bless your heart. Y'all are so far removed from relevance.

Don't sit on the fence...

You should bet as much money as you can on Ole Miss.

You're right. We don't match up well with anybody in the playoff. We have no chance and shouldn't even play the games.

They have a common opponent. I would imagine Georgia dismantling the same team OSU kind of struggled with would give most people the idea that they’re on mostly even footing at least.

Yes & no. tOSU vs Texas was the opener, so I wouldn't put too much emphasis on that. Teams evolve during the season. I think both coaches in that opening game played it pretty conservative.

Why? I don't think they will win.
