I said I would turn it off if Chris Fowler was calling the game, I didn’t get past the first quarter. He’s the worst.

The playoff committee assumed (wrongly) that Michigan could walk TCU without much trouble. Then they get a rematch with OSU or UGA, either of which works for them. TCU just screwed that up.

Who gives a shite UGA was gojng to beat everyone they played … just like UGA lsu it was over in 5 minutes

Well it was a shite game that nobody wanted to see outside of UGA fans and some tiny Christian school in Dallas. And they insist on having it on a Monday night. Were people on the west coast even off work when it started? Awful

Turned it off at halftime. The rest of the blowout was irrelevant.

They shoulda let Mich - OSU rematch while UGA got TCU in the semis. Everyone knows UGA - OSU was the de facto championship game, probably the best game of the year.
Oh well, UGA handled business. Made history as the 1st B2B champions in the playoff format.

True story, at a local Baumhower's Victory Grille. Place filled up for the championship.
Brother and I left early as the clock wound down in the 2nd quarter.
Still had to avoid a dozen other drivers leaving at the same time.
