It's the level of competition for Hunter, if he had a decent O line and even some 3 star wideouts he would be above 60%. Throws a great ball, very quick release. It does concern me for next year that the competition level will be a huge jump but he has all the tools. The talent evaluators see something on film because it's not his stats that have him ranked that high.

Hard to say about Hunter, he could compete next year. I've seen some really good tape from him but he had a terrible showing at the opening. Watson looked very average at the Elite 11 so I don't think you can put a bunch of stock into it. Hope he sticks around, they can always transfer out if it does not work out.

It's going to be Alabama, Clemson, and Ohio State competiting for the title for the next 5 years unless someone gets hit with sanctions. Throw in a wild card each year of Michigan, FSU, the real USC, and maybe Auburn if Stidham is the real deal. For the people who think Clemson could fall at anytime you must not follow recruiting at all. LSU does not want to pay a coach until Saban leaves, then they will return. I can't blame them. There are only 4-5 teams with the talent each year to have a legit shot, this year there are 3. If Washington starts getting some top 10 classes they could enter into the discussion. Oklahoma is overrated when it comes to the national stage. We made them look like a JV team the last 2 years. At the end of the day Baker is a walk on and Perine is a 3 star. Both can light it up until they have to face NFL type defenders.

A much better skit would be about coaches getting players out of legal trouble. The "All football players are stupid line" is so played out. Most of those actors, and I use that term loosely, could not tell you what the difference between a Corner and a Linebacker is. it would take them light years to learn how to read a safety or predict where a blitz was coming from. The irony is that no one gives two shits about particle accelerators. Spend billions of tax dollars to ram particles together so you can create a new particle or break down a particle for 1/100 of a millisecond. How does that help anyone and how can they even prove that heppened? For the decades of "scientific research" they have done they have just given us some BS so they can fund more of their BS. All they are going to do is blow something up and then cover it all up. How about giving us something we can use like cheaper energy that won't kill us like the nuclear power plants they have created. At least football players provide entertainment for the masses.
