UGA won 2 nattys in a row with Stetson, and UPGRADED at QB in the offseason, but still blew it against a feisty but mediocre (by Saban standards) Bama team!

Beck is a better QB than Stetson throwing the football, but they really missed his athleticism.

I am actually immensely entertained by the fans of teams that can’t beat Georgia and aren’t remotely competitive living vicariously through Alabama. It’s doubly entertaining when these fans are Alabama’s rivals.

Vol fans wouldnt know about this, but its really hard to stay on top once you get there. Theres no shame in losing to a very hungry Bama team.

The biggest difference, by far. Beck is terrified of screwing up so he is overly cautious and checks down or gets tunnel vision, whereas Bennett is a very instinctual player with the consequences be damned. And yes, this offense really does need a QB with agility and comfort rolling out to be at its best.

I’m sure that I’m the only Gator fan with this opinion, but I’ve actually been rooting for the UGA 3peat all season. It’s a historic feat that hasn’t been done in almost anyone’s lifetime. It would’ve been cool to see. Also frick Michigan
