despite being the highest seed remaining.

Funny thing is, Georgia maybe avoids this if they actually lose one, and most certainly if they lose two, to MSU in the regular season. The oddity of sports.

Likely would have avoided it if every thing stays the same and they lose the first game in Hoover. I doubt Auburn would've been seeded ahead of us.

Thank you. I'm sure I'm nowhere near Capt. Dalt, but second is not too shabby, eh?

What a cakewalk WVU got and that side of the bracket, complete joke but that’s baseball

Yep. Was hoping to see Georgia and Texas meet up in the Final. I would expect the winner of ya’ll two to win it

WVU had the toughest Supers draw on paper. Then UCLA pooped the bed.

Ole Miss has been on a great run, but I'd still say State is harder to beat in three game series. Swept them in the head to head, better record.

I'd say it was Auburn since

a) UGA and Auburn are similarly ranked
b) Ole Miss and MSU are similarly ranked
c) Auburn got swept

Well of course the case can be made. Auburn also was beaten by Milwaukee. It's baseball.

Still feel MSU played a little better than Ole Miss in the regular season and has a better overall team talent wise.

Ole Miss was 15-15 in SEC play. MSU was 16-14 in SEC play.

State swept their series vs Ole Miss at Starkville. That is the difference in their SEC records really.

Talent wise, the teams are very close to one another.

Baseball is about being hot and on a run at the very end of the year. Ole Miss pitching is red hot right now and thats the difference today.

I have fricked you up. I have started one thread this month - about Georgia’s potent hitting - and you are still thinking about me.

This absolutely proves koreandawg is just another of your alters.

State swept the series in Oxford and looked like the much better team doing it. We also only had our Friday night starter for one or two SEC weekends. States a national seed without that injury.

Sucks that he finally gets healthy and we get the unfortunate draw of playing GA at there place.

They finished with a one game difference in the standings.

Teams can be hot/cold for a weekend.

In the grand scheme, Ole Miss and MSU have nearly equal talent and equal SEC regular season records.

It comes down to who is playing well any particular weekend. It is baseball.

I have no Idea who you are talking to or about Lil Dalton.

But I was talking all-time. You started about thirty in one day about LSU not too long ago. Even the Rebs couldn't keep up.
