Evidently, the George AG has no respect for the law does not recognize lawful court orders. Much like his predecessors, he believes a group create a private club with rules that as the ability to discriminate against others for arbitrary reasons.

Interesting…

The counter argument being made is that LSU doesn’t recognize conference rules, and will use their local friendly judge to avoid following them…

A poster that goes by the handle of Michael Corleone lectures about the rule of law.

I’m sure randos on tRant have a better grasp of the law than a state AG.

Why does anyone have to follow a state law heard in BR if they dont live in Louisiana. Can a lawyer answer this for me?

I wondered that about Chambliss playing road games. Why couldn’t another state ban Chambliss from playing in their state? MS court would not have jurisdiction, right?

I said this earlier, Georgia AG has no business being involved with this

However, the “rule of law” is irrelevant here

The SEC is a voluntary amateur league and has the right to set and enforce its own rules

A judge can give a green light through a ruling, but cannot force a private group to refrain from enacting penalties

Substitute NCAA for every SEC on your post and then read it out loud and then apply the last decade…:

Coonasses have this obnoxious mix of low IQ and arrogance. We’ve got lsu guys with high school educations discussing legal theory on here.

It’s laughable how moronic they are.
