It's not hard to evaluate running the same offense in the same practice. Evaluating as a prospect is a different story.

Fantastic. I was having a nightmare about the chance that my Dawgs might be destroyed by another backup QB. Backup QBs are UGA's kryptonite.

Kid should’ve been given a chance.
I mean I’m sure Nix will be great in 2 years but good lord he single handedly lost the FL game and played a big role hindering that offense against LSU.. just so inaccurate.
And don’t expect to even compete to win the west next year with Nix starting behind a brand new line.
2021 is all you can look forward to at this point, but then again you’re back in BR.

He got a chance. He has been here a year longer than Nix and could not beat him out for the starting job. I wanted him to be the starter but he didnt win that job in a year and a half, playing a few downs in a tight game is not going to accomplish that.
Yes some of our fans are melting like little girls but I am pretty sure the Auburn coaching staff are playing the guys they believe they can win with the best. Same as every coach out there. The conspiracy theories are coming from highly emotional people right now. Gatewood was always going to transfer, I wish he would have waited one more month though
