Well since then he hasnt been able to get Mark Ingram, Trent Richardson, or AJ Macarron out of his mouth.

Been tuning in for twenty years, but Tebow fellating wasn't an exclusively Danielson phenom. Every talking head throated the guy.

Isn't that what he's paid to do?

Vern is a old goof that chuckles up the broadcast, so I understand the hate for him, but I don't get the Danielson hate.
Baby with the bath water kind of thing. For some reason, Danielson always grated on me during games. I never figured it out until I started hearing him on the radio solo and really liked his insight.
Verne's so bad and such a joke you subconsciously lump Gary in with him.

funny, I said to my bud the other day that A&M will have to play their A+ best game of year while also having Bama play a B game for A&M to win. If both teams play their A game, Bama wins.

JFF B game > AJMc A game, production wise.
I don't trust any "break down" that focuses on a single player. Not doing their research if they think Manziel is our only playmaker and the sole thing that makes us tick. JFF wouldn't have half the stats he does without our excellent OL and RBs to keep us balanced , or without 6'5" Mike Evans on the outside giving him a safe jump-ball receiver.
Our defense is highly underrated as well, but I'll be the first to admit our depth there is either bad or inexperienced (DBs). But they are as well-conditioned as anyone in the country. Most starters played 100+ snaps against La Tech, the only game where someone's scored 28 or more on us.

you wanna compare the Bama offense to the La Tech offense?

Maybe production wise, but not efficiency wise, which is why AJ is a better QB.

Why not? Both are extremely good at what they do, but you're naive if you think that Bama isn't a much more favorable for A&M's defense from a PURE scheme/matchups standpoint.

That is definitely a fair point. If Johnny was as bad as McCarron, the Aggies probably have more than 2 losses.

You do realize that DaMontre Moore is a better defender than anything on Bama's roster, right? If you are slinging it around on screens with that flukey wide receiver, you minimize his impact. Bama can't avoid DaMontre because they have a crappy QB that can't get the ball out quickly.

I don't know how many plays per game Alabama averages, but it doesn't compare to La Tech. I don't care what KIND of team or offense you are, if most of your starters are playing 100+ snaps straight without taking a break (obviously certain DBs are subbed in and out for diff situations) it doesn't matter.

That crappy QB will be in NYC for a trophy presentation. Yours will be sitting in an ice bath in the gayest little town in Texas.
GTFO

Crappy QB's have one of these?
But i'm sure Manziel has a high school class ring he can wear if he wanted.

I'm saying our conditioning helps us off-set our lack of depth.
Ask anyone who watched us against Okie Lite last year and then again against La Tech-- it's a night and day difference from last year.

What about AJ's other NC ring?
