It’s kind of wild in a way. Most P5 programs have tripped there way to a handful of conference titles along the way. Even though we were independent for a while it’s rare for any school to only have 1. The fact that we’ve had so little success and have an 80k stadium just doesn’t exist anywhere else.

After graduating from LSU in the early 70's, I was stationed at Shaw AFB in Sumter SC training to fly F-4s. I liked SC. Good state & good people - and great flying.

This is silly. He’s all of 8-6 vs us. If anything our near simultaneous collapse with FSU and other FL schools is what allowed Clemson to go to always solid, sometimes really good to great. He’s not what’s keeping us down. They’re the smaller school, with less money. If they can do it there’s 0 reason we can’t. Just have to find the right man for the job.

Wish I could post some of the videos I took last night from the box I was in .... the stadium was electric and the guy who wrote Sandstorm was there paying hommage to the program that made him famous. (A&M started copying us recently I was told last night.)

Uh huh this is classic little brother talk. How many national championships do they have vs y’all? SCAR is not a sought out job. Spurrier went there to retire and Beamer should not be a HC. Lack of maturity is clear.

Clem has generational bagmen….literally, sons have learned from fathers…..it went on for decades. Now that NIL is here and player compensation is legal, Clem has lost the recruiting edge it had over schools that lacked the bagman network Clem has had for a long time. Clem’s recent recruiting rankings and 4 loss season are NIL related and it seems the Clem decline is in its early stages.
