it looks like they were an 8 seed that year though so kind of a mediocre team that played well in the tournament like SC last year.

Ok, pretty sure I never lost an argument to you. Last year you were trying to make SC out as an amazing basketball program simply bc it made a final 4, despite fact it was SC's first tournament since 2004 or so, and SC was a 9 seed . lol
