The funny part is if Bama loses in the playoffs, Georgia will probably be ranked ahead of three of the four teams they put ahead of them in the playoffs lol, what a fricking mess the selection committee is

Ok...this really pisses me off. We heard the same crap last night.
Good coaches makes players want to play any game, regardless of what it is. It is a "team."
21 players opted out...typical Florida State...egotistical and self-serving.

I see what you’re saying but it just doesn’t matter. It’s the TEAM.
Injuries, portal, opt outs are all pitfalls that every team has to deal with. It says a lot about the program itself when players choose to elevate the team above their own interests.
You play with the team that is there. If you have a good ethos within the team they will play rather than bolt to greener pastures.

Yup.
If half your team refuses to play because they claimed they "deserved better" then you deserve to lose.
FSU had a shot at the AP title if Alabama or Texas had won out. They blew it by thinking they were bigger than the game.

They had an opportunity to go undefeated and instead chose not to try. That’s on them. If they had all decided to play and beat Georgia no one could ever take that from them. They are self serving quitters.
And by the way Georgia would have beat that arse for them anyway in my opinion.
