Texas can’t be mad if FSU beats Louisville. At the end of the day, if Texas didn’t lose to Oklahoma this wouldn’t even be a conversation.

I can tell you this: FSU 2023 was much better versus LSU than alabama was.
I hope FSU beats Louisville and makes the CFP.
My hope...
1. Michigan
2. Washington
3. Fla State
4. Texass

they'll 1-and-done if they go. but Texas fans would be apoplectic if we went 13-0 and got passed because our QB was injured.

They won tho.
The record is why you play the game and it’s called a sport.
Having a record is the whole point of playing the games.

I do think Texas needs to remove Michigan from their schedule next year and put Portland State there. There’s no reason to schedule a tough opponent for no reason.

Our QB was injured in three games this season. We barely pulled a couple of those out, and we sit behind Oregon because of it.

The results on the field matter.
It’s why you actually play the game and call it a sport.
If that were the case, I wouldn't leave the playoff bracket up to a committee running a beauty contest for what is otherwise a sport.

Oregon was ranked ahead of us before those games. It really didn’t matter, they’ve shown repeatedly that they think Oregon is better.

hide your pathetic Bama should be in over them rhetoric. You know why because there wasnt a playoff then. Bama just needed a miracle to beat a bad Auburn team they are finished last in line now.
Guessing I struck a nerve suggesting that Utah was more deserving of losing to Florida than Oklahoma?

They won the games they need to. If they finish undefeated no way they are left out. Texas lost to OU, at least once

They were getting dominated in the first half by a team that Arkansas beat. Too bad Billy doesn't know how to score points.

And of course, if any of you people commenting in this thread and your team were in FSU's position, you'd be making the completely opposite argument.

The one time Fsu looked like a playoff team, way back in week 1

It would be funny as hell if it happened but a 13-0 P5 team isn't getting left out.

picking 4 teams out of 150 based only on record when schedules are not close to being compatible can lead to incorrect results as well
