The committee has the major outlets pushing the narrative that FSU could be the 2023 version of Ohio State, winning a national title with a backup QB. 48 players from that 2014 OSU squad made NFL rosters. Including guys like Joey Bosa, Pat Elfien, Billy Price, Taylor Decker, Marshon Lattimore, Zeke Elliot, Noah Brown, Curtis Samuel, Malik Hooker, Darron Lee, Sam Hubbard, Vonn Bell, Jaylvn Holmes, Eli Apple, Gareon Conley, Raekwon McMillan, Doran Grant, Noah Spence etc. That nerd they threw out there vs Florida is not Cordale Jones, which isn’t even a high bar.

That TCU team was loaded and won despite their QB. They had just a competent enough offense to beat a team like Michigan who doesn’t see air raid spread concepts until the post season.
