People want to point to that as a strength for USC because of how good Auburn was in 2004, but we were overrated and a mess in 2003. That same team got beat the very next week after USC by Ga Tech. Shut out. It really points to the fact that USC was not as good as everyone thought.
And yes, we would have spanked their arse in 2004. Totally different team.

Just an example of the many reasons the SEC and ACC regard FSU as a ghetto trailer trash program and why they're behind UNC, UVA, Clemson, and probably Duke in the SEC expansion invite list. Dem Tally-hos are dumb, haha.
