A tradition lost in a politically correct world. Sad.

Let me tell you something else. If Ole Miss ever achieves success on a national level in either football or basketball, (especially football) there will be a lot more changes that you guys will have to make. Once you get the national media to pay attention to you, they try and make a name for themselves by finding or creating something controversial and the net effect is that it makes going to games less fun.

Back in the day games were much more fun at UF. Now everything is just so much more buttoned down. Every space is designated. Rules, rules, rules.

Why is it that every guy student from Ole Miss has red hair? They all look like they are Murdaughs.

Hell, the UF band won't even play the State song anymore.

State song, state university, what am I missing here?

And heaven forbid they chant "Gatorbait."

BS in a PC world where someone is offended by everything and the rest of us have to change because of it.

I guess they could show their class and play "Neck" like the Lsu band.

One of my favorite yearly traditions is to absolutely crank the sound up on the video on the first Saturday of football season

Just gives me a complete reset and puts me in a great mood and puts the vibes at all time highs

The rationale behind the banning of "Gatorbait" has to be the biggest reach I've ever heard in my life

Especially when it was proven to be false, but the great woke university that is UF didn't care, they don't want to possibly offend anyone, even it isn't true.

It's even better when you're at the beach on vacation with your bros and you crank up the sound and crack a cold one just as Gameday comes on for the first time.

Inject that shite right into my veins.

The band no longer supports the chant. PC woke reaction to a false story.

Well I don't know if you'll ever have to worry about that then.
