I doubt their 2026 earnings will be as close as 2025.

He also already cashed in a 9.2 million dollar signing bonus and has an endorsement deal with Nike which I'm sure isn't small. I always love the posts that show some player still on his rookie minimum deal and comparing his salary to something else as if that's their only source of income

We are just throwing shite at the wall to see what sticks

Kolten Smith has looked a bit better each week, hoping he starts Sunday or piggybacks Goldstein today. Probably had our best pitching performance last year against UF, 8 innings & 12 strikeouts

I doubt anyone assumes that, nor was I implying that.

I’m actually glad Finley isn’t getting a definite start; if he’s not going to embrace the opportunity and attack the zone, he needs to take a seat. Goldstein seemed to get a raw deal from the strike zone in his start last Friday so don’t mind trotting him out there. Curley used to be a starter at VCU and is accustomed to going over 100 pitches, was pretty stable all things considered for 3+ innings despite giving up a few runs.

If we make curler a starter and move Hoskins to the pen for later innings, I’m good with that trade honestly. Just got to find consistency and stability right now. Davis’ mechanics are all fricked up so he might turn into a project to hopefully be serviceable later in the year. But with Zeldin seemingly unfricking himself last weekend we can afford to demote him to midweek

looks like the pitcher was on the mound, without the baseball.. but maybe my eyes are old..

He can be on the mound but just cannot toe the rubber.

Look forward to a great series this weekend, Horns.

This will be a good measuring stick for both teams, and I think it will be very fun to watch. Welcome to the SEC.

Hoping we get a decent LSU contingent to show up and root for the Tigers.

Should be a fun weekend for some good baseball.

Wind from the south right now ~ 20 mph (towards left field), should die down to ~ 10 mph at game time, Temp in mid 70's.

A&M is sort of going through what happened to UF last year. Hang in there and just hope the team keeps working to get it figured out.

I’m expecting this to be close one way or the other. I hope I’m wrong but we really could have blown our wad early this week against ORU in terms of coming in overconfident batting wise.
