That's just one voice. According to the TIg rant there are thousands out there in the media saying this is a great thing for CFB and Lane is exactly right.

It's pretty weird that a coach that "doesn't care about his players" has so many former players that tried or succeeded in following him to his next job.
Hell, some of them are willing to go to court just for a chance to play for him again.
But im sure that Stugotz and his towering intellect has considered that.

It is comical that LSU fans think Lane is “saving college football” and the NCAA brought this on themselves. The NCAA does stupid things but running to a friendly judge to get your desired outcome is destroying it

It’s a win-win for us today. If they vote for the players, we get a couple great players if they don’t that means the SEC can’t pull this type of bullshite anymore. It’s gonna be a great day guys.

He cares about winning and his actions reflect such. I am good with it. If anyone thinks this is college football of your youth, then you are sadly mistaken friend. Did CNS care about all of the kids he “processed” ? No. He cared about winning and those kids impeded his ability to win for one reason or another. No school retains a coach because he cares. The SEC doesn’t care as long as schools make money for the league. The poor schools are upset bc they don’t have the money to compete. Notice the SEC did NOT get behind the federal legislation proposed by CNS. It’s bc they lose power and money if the feds regulate the sport. This entire situation is all about money and power.

Everyone knows he's a sociopath and only cares about winning and his own ego - he cosplayed being a dog-owner to elevate his image FFS.
Obviously he doesn't care about any players especially since now athletes are well-paid, which sort of makes sense, and I kind of don't blame him.
Lane is "F them kids" personified, but they really aren't kids and in this clown era of CFB isn't really that shocking.
