The Context: In 2009, then-Tennessee coach Lane Kiffin was fighting to sign WR Alshon Jeffery, who was favoring South Carolina.
The Comment: According to reports, Kiffin said if Jeffery went to South Carolina, he would "pump gas for the rest of his life".

despite the fact that everyone wants to look at these people as role models, or "upstanding citizens"... "good kids"...
let's be honest, the are not recruited based on their intelligence, or their morals...

morals and integrity are lacking across society as a whole.

Spending all of their money and not thinking of life after football I'd assume.

I mean he scored a TD in, and won, a Super Bowl. Has Lane ever coached in a championship game of any kind?

I'll hang up and listen.

State of California is so fricked in the head -

quote:

Jeffery's representative, Denise White, told TMZ later on Friday: 'The underlying incident was a minor freeway fender bender, and he provided his information at the scene.

'These are unfounded allegations only, and Alshon has not been convicted of any offense. He will address this matter through the legal process, and he remains confident that the facts will demonstrate this was a misunderstanding and nothing more.'

quote:

San Diego County records has an entry from Feb. 23 regarding Jeffery, but no specific details.

Under California law, insurance fraud is a felony and can bring with it a sentence of up to five years in prison and/or a fine.

for all its natural attributes the laws and government are borderline retarded -
