Former Alabama nose tackle Joshua Frazier, who played for Saban before he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2018, chimed in as well, responding to Dudley's tweet.
"That school is ruled by him with a iron fist he won’t listen to his players. Face with tears of joy all they care about is championships," Frazier wrote. "Get you so focused on the game to distract from the real issues. But it would be nice if they did we will see."
After Saban discussed Alabama's preseason prep and how COVID-19 affected the Crimson Tide practice schedule, he was asked about his role in the Black Lives Matter movement on campus and the significance it has inside his locker room by GameDay host Rece Davis.
"It's always been our goal to sort of elevate players' chance to be successful in life," Saban said on GameDay. "Part of that is how do you elevate other people in a positive direction. I think our players have all been positive and recognize the issues we have and be positive what they can do to impact the future.

Meh. Most of Bama’s best alums in the NFL routinely rep the school. Frazier and his mom are batshit crazy too

His job is to win games.
Not to be their best friend.

Newsflash, dumb arse, he's a football coach. THAT'S HIS JOB! The University of Alabama doesn't pay him $8.85 million a year to concentrate on social issues. He's paid to coach and win football games.

In this day and age coaches are a target more than ever

I like this approach. Don't baby these kids.

A tone deaf coach doesn't march with his players and allow them to publish a video centered around social justice. Not only is Frazier an idiot, he's also being dishonest.

he and Dudley really owe Saban a favor. At their age if "all lives matter" upsets them so much its a sign they still have a lot of growing up to do. Maybe this will help them be better husbands and fathers one day.

I guess Josh missed Saban marching with his team. Speaking at the event in front of Foster Auditorium. And being part of a video for social justice with his players.
Damned if you do, damned if you don’t I guess.

I like to poke at Saban, but these players are terrible.

What issues?? That black people are "being hunted" according to LeBron James?? That black people are being oppressed?? BS!!! I'm black and I can assure people that we aren't in danger when we leave our home AND I'm not oppressed. I've NEVER had any issues with police and some of my very best friends have been white..
People that say that kinda shite are ignorant and simply parroting the MSM narrative.

Frazier has had problems with Saban/Alabama for a year or more now, so anything negative he says isn’t surprising.
I think Frazier is just salty that he wasn’t that good at Alabama

I don’t really see this as negative from Frazier. Just out of the loop. Responding to a response of a tweet that was way out of context.
Now his mom is another case entirely. She’s crazy.

Bingo...it starts at home and that is the problem in this country today....When you expect the college football coaches to save your child then you have failed to do your part at home. That's Ok. Just get a sign and move on.

So....what he's saying is...Saban is being a coach? Like he is paid to be? Instead of spending all of his time playing politics and sitting in his office crying because of the social issues in the world, he is watching film and preparing game plans and getting ready for the season?
Oh the fricking humanity.
