LSU fans here cheered the Ruggs situation. You and your ilk used it like a club, trying to destroy Ruggs and Alabama. Many of you still reference it and joke about that particular case of vehicular homicide.

To make it even better multiple LSU fans have said that people making harsh but true observations here are actually worse than Lacy, who killed someone else. Somehow to your LSU addled brain an off color joke is worse than killing someone. Why are LSU fans like you so fricked up in the head? Why is life so hard for you? You realize this is just a message board right? Just keep on defending Lacy while roasting Ruggs.
I was holding my tongue a bit earlier. I will tell you how I really feel. frick Kyren Lacy. He killed an innocent person. I really don’t care what happened to him. He made his bed, he can lie in it.
Yeah, it sucks for his family. But it sucked for the victims family too. And all of that is squarely on Lacy. He fricked up another family. Then he fricks up his own. So yeah, frick Kyren Lacy.

No… I have a very soft spot for the marine who was killed and his family. I feel for Lacy’s mom and immediate family.
But… I have no soft spot for a 24 year old man, who drove foolishly, recklessly, and after causing an accident that killed a man, chose to drive around the accident, and speed off, in order to escape any consequences of his actions instead of trying to help.
I have no sympathy for a 24 year old man who chose to take his life and flee life instead of standing like a man in front of a grand jury tomorrow morning to face the consequences and charges of his wreckless, criminal choices.

Funny how people rush to defend a dead murderer just because he played football.
No one would give a shite about him if he was half a second slower in the 40.
It would just be some black thug killing an innocent person.

It’s sad for the families but Lacy isn’t a victim. He did the crime and ran from the consequences multiple times. I feel sorry for his family. I feel sorry for the victims family. Failing to feel sorry for Lacy doesn’t make one a terrible person.

I am the one who thinks that Lacy should have had to face the consequences for his actions. It wasn’t just a little fender bender, someone died. It is your fellow LSU fans who are saying it was just a little traffic mishap and Lacy didn’t really do anything wrong.
I think when someone’s actions kill someone they should pay the piper. It doesn’t matter whether they are a former LSU player, a Georgia staffer, or a former Alabama player they should pay for their mistakes and face the consequences. Because some things, like vehicular homicide, transcend sports.
We are on page 7. About half of the posts from LSU fans have been spent minimizing what happened and/or defending Lacy. Or they have been calling people horrible for commenting on the situation. The best are the ones who say mean words on a message board are worse than causing a wreck that killed someone. All because he played at LSU. Yet those same LSU fans lined up with pitchforks to get Ruggs.
And you want to lecture me on taking sports too far? Let me share a little piece of wisdom. Change starts at home.

Hey lsufball, why don’t you read the thread after your post. You might find it enlightening. Just post after post of LSU accounts making this an LSU vs. Alabama issue. What are your thoughts on that? Are you going to write out a response to each of those LSU fans who are, as you said, losers and bad people? I can’t wait to read your replies.

But it seems we've reached the crux of the issue.
