I wonder if you still think that other guy's comment was inappropriate. Probably not.
I, as well as other Alabama posters, confronted another Alabama poster in this thread for being a dip shite.
Your confrontation was weak, as is your exchange with this coonie. Maybe we need another person to play Bama Conscience; you don't seem well equipped to handle the task.

The handling of this story has been a clusterfrick of epic proportions. And not just in this thread.

Birmingham news stations also confirming. Fox 6 said the University released a statement.

WHen Stabler played for the Saints in his final year with bad knees he still had a rocket arm. He set the team in a short shortage formation, split two receivers out, used everyone else to protect him and proceeded to pick the defense apart with a drive down the entire field to win the game
In his prime he was amazing, in his final years in the NFL he could still throw the ball

Sadly, I guess it's true. Loved watching the Raiders in the late 70's. Stabler embodied the Raider image on the field and off. He led a helluva life.
RIP, Snake.

His daughter released a statement - been quietly living with stage 4 colon cancer since earlier this year. Great statement about him around his family and listening to his fav. tunes in the background.
RIP Snake.
