I grew up in the Foley area and went to Foley High. One of my life long friends is his cousin and he told me a few weeks ago Kenny had been battling prostate cancer. I guess it must be related somehow. I always thought he was fantastic on the Alabama broadcasts as a color guy.

Ron Jaworski
Terry Bradshaw
These guys all played in that era and have better stats and 4 of the 7 are not in the HOF.

Yea but he had the moments, the wins, and the championship. Not to mention played in a much more defensive league

1976 Raiders is my all-time favorite NFL team.. Destroyed Minn in the SB.. Its an amazing run the Raiders had in the 70's. 5 straight AFC championship games was amazing....

Cancer sucks. To lose a guy like Stabler to it... I hope and pray that my grandchildren won't grow up in a world where cancer is still around.
