Foley has mentioned 11/19 quite a bit. Not saying it is how McMurphy reported it all and that LSU declined, but I'd have to guess it was at least brought up considering Foley mentioned it several times yesterday:

“I told this to the Commissioner and I told this to LSU; 100 percent behind whatever scenario they can come up with that allows this game to be played,” Foley said. “If the 19th is one of those days that allows it to work the Gators will be there and LSU will be there. If there’s some other scenario out there, and I have no idea what the league may be working on, we’re going to be 100 percent behind playing."

Does it surprise anyone that not one UF fan has come out against their administration? I know this place is a cesspool, generally, but damn, even the tiger rant would have a large group shitting on LSU for this incompetence.

Foley is a giant POS. This game could have been played on sunday or monday, just like LSU did with TENN in 2005. Florida is joke and the SEC commish is a joke. LSU bent over backwards to make this game happen this weekend, Now espn is trying to paint LSU as the villian because they dont want to give a home game and play 3 straight road conference games in 13 days. I hope LSU stands firm. LSU shouldnt have to give a home game when this game could have been played. LSU 2005 moved and rescheduled 3 games due to katirna and rita. South Carloina moved its home game to Baton Rouge last year. Foley strong armed a weak SEC commish in to this and now the natioanl media is Painting LSU as the villian. gimme a break. LSU waas willing to fly a charter flight out there to pick them up support staff included and had hotel room set up for them, so Foley, shut up, you had options.
