Why can't anyone ever spell Driskel the right way?

don't think we will break 20 on Bama. That said they may not break it on us. Will be a close game,

Demps was hurt during the game last season. It doesn't matter what happen last season because the two teams are different.

Florida is better offensively and they are better on the defensive line. Alabama is not as good yet offensively as they were last season, but they are outstanding defensively in all areas.

I think this is the first game where AJ is going to have to make a play or two for Alabama in the air. I think Alabama will need Cade Foster and Jeremy Shelly to come through with field goals as well.

The same can be said for Florida. Arkansas tried to create some spacing for their playmakers and Alabama just flew to the ball and ate up anything underneath. Brantley is going to have to take what's giving to him, because it's going to be alot of crazy looks.

Florida is very talented. Game is at home. Game is at night. Bama has first year starting QB who tries to fit the ball in places it damn shouldn't be placed especially against Florida's speedsters. Against Arky...yeah, no problem, against Florida...might mean trouble.

With all that said, I'm damn sure we have loads more in the offense that we haven't showed yet. They're practicing all new stuff (minus the run game) just for this game to complement what has already been shown. It will be a great game, and I will finally make it to a game in Gainesville at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.

Could say the same for UF, with the exception of a little Wildcat, and one flee flicker.

UF has a tremendous front 7. If, IF, they can contain Bama's running game and force McCaron to throw the ball, UF can win this game.

However, UF's secondary is their weakness.

UF needs Bama TO's and a special teams score.

Big Charlie is an offensive genius, so he will have something for Bama.

Speed kills.

In the end, I think Bama has too much for UF this year, and will win by 10.

Will be a great game to watch, even for a UT fan.

Florida WILL BEAT Bama.....book it

The Gator OL is not physical enough to establish a consistent running game against the Bama DL. Against the Vols, the Gators got to the outside with Demps & Rainey. I don't see UF's line being able to set the edge on the Tide DEs and Bama's speed at LB should shut that down. And if Nick can take one part of your offense away and make you one-dimensional, it can get ugly quickly.

After Demps, Rainey, and whoever UF rolls out at WR gets popped a couple of times, it'll be over.

Likely before halftime.

Driskell better pay attention this week in practice because Brantley will not finish this game.

I love these "we are going to take out so and so" predictions. I wonder if anyone has ever actually made a study on how many of them actually become true. My guess- 1%.

I mean, even bean pole's that get hit repeatedly during games like Bray, and Trickett do OK.

It is a good thing that Florida is healthy going on Saturday. Are there any key Bama players out?

I thought his status was questionable. Bama fans on the panhandle have been telling me that there is a good chance he will still play.

I hope he will be good to go but I'm hearing that he will be out. I guess we'll know at the end of the week.

Austingator, bless her heart. She's not awful but she is not very bright either.

And as much as slayerxing struggles with homerism, I do believe he was the first in this thread to say Brantley might be out before halftime.
