Rainey and Demps didn't play on last year's game.

No, they just have a south one.
So, UA is fricked for exactly one half? Florida can only go one way, like Zoolander?

He went down during the game dear. We didn't even have Gilly available for that game. I think he went down during the first Q. We had no RBs for that game.

The jokes are pointless. Good luck Bama.

Pretty sure Hershel Walker could have played for UF last year and it wouldn't have mattered. Your OL got manhandled.

Yes, and actually, Demps got injured during the TN game, and was only used pretty much as a decoy during a few plays against Bama.
Any Gators remember more details?

Gillislee had 1 rushing attempt for 6 yards. Did he go down in the game too?

They were all injured. I remember Urban during the after press conference saying he had no RB's available.
That is a quote from Gator Bytes Sunday, September 26th,
quote:
Florida has a big problem if Jeff Demps is out by Jason Lieser Florida running back Jeff Demps shrugged off his foot injury against Tennessee, but now it might keep him out of the Alabama game. Demps might be Florida's most irreplaceable player on offense. Demps re-injured his foot in the game against Kentucky. Here is coach Urban Meyer’s report on the injury: “Dempsy has a foot that they’re taking a look at. He hurt it last week. We’re hoping it’s just a bruise. Sprained foot, I mean.” Not a precise diagnosis. Don’t expect Meyer to clarify any of that. In his mind, the less Alabama knows, the better. It’s not crazy to expect some misdirection regarding Demps’ availability this week.

If you're talking about Demps, he was rushing during the 4th quarter.

I know Gillislie suffered a hamstring injury that kept him out of the next game, and I can't remember exactly, so I'm pretty sure he did get injured during the game.

Bring it Gumps. Swamp will be rocking on Saturday Night.

Every week another poster who wants to say they called the upset

Demps was hurt during the Alabama game, that is a fact. My memory isn't the best for these things, but if you think you showed me, because he was "rushing" in the stats in the 4th Q, well, what kind I say, whatever, he wasn't the Demps that will be available on Saturday, and that is another fact there for you.
And I'm not ready to call the upset, I think odds are we will lose, because of Alabama's D against Johnny, but I think this will be a nail biter, much harder than gumps anticipate. I will not be surprised by a Gator win.

This is an underrated Florida team with an offense that, imo, has been scheming all offseason to beat this Bama team.
Muschamp didn't have a full team to beat Bama as a D-coordinator in the 09 championship game. Muschamp and Weiss will bring an offensive plan that will thread Bama DB's. With Weiss' NFL experience, they will be prepared to win a close matchup against a tough D.
Florida 27
Bama 24
Dude, you are high.

The Gator OL is not physical enough to establish a consistent running game against the Bama DL. Against the Vols, the Gators got to the outside with Demps & Rainey. I don't see UF's line being able to set the edge on the Tide DEs and Bama's speed at LB should shut that down. And if Nick can take one part of your offense away and make you one-dimensional, it can get ugly quickly.
After Demps, Rainey, and whoever UF rolls out at WR gets popped a couple of times, it'll be over.
Likely before halftime.
Driskell better pay attention this week in practice because Brantley will not finish this game.
