However, Colorado with an effective FG% of over 70% needed a last second FG to win.

I have no idea how it was close.

Couldn’t stop a nose bleed. Losing our center was a back breaker. Had no answers down low

We probably win this game with Handlogten's 5 fouls at our disposal.

Refs were brutal. But, Todd Golden not making any adjustments on defense was mind boggling.

Has Florida ever lost a game, or was it always the refs? Florida gave up 102 points; that automatically disqualifies them from whining about refs. Florida fans whine about refs as much as Kentucky fans. Florida is actually 36-0, but the refs took 12 games from them. I mean, the refs gave Tennessee 20 points, and Ole Miss 19 points. Florida fans whined about refs in the Kentucky football game, even though it was 33-14. Wanna win? Don't give up 102 points; Florida has only themselves to blame.

This. Blame the defense, not the refs.

Exactly. Our basketball team, can't play defense. Our football team, can't play defense. Our baseball team gives up 8 ,9,10 runs a game.

Seriously, the reffing has been horrible for almost all games so far.

This is a ridiculous take. We lost plenty of games this year and not because of the refs. I never make posts about refs but when you have 4 blocks with all ball that even the broadcasters comment on, what do you call that?

Again, Florida gave up 102 points; that's not on the refs; it's on Florida. Everyone sees the bad calls against their team. Florida fans (maybe not you) whine incessantly about refs. Always an excuse for Florida, but that's every team. I think Kentucky fans are just too disgusted to blame refs in their game.

The refs must be Disney Gators.

SEC refs just call foul, foul, foul, foul. No team is getting screwed; it just that game scores are grossly inflated. Didn't Florida shoot almost 50 free-throws in a game against Alabama? Didn't Kentucky shoot over 40 against Arkansas (not looking it up). I think an Arkansas guy shot 20 by himself. I'm sure there are other examples.

Tell me you didn’t watch the game without saying you didn’t watch the game.

Your take may work for most games but not this one. The Gators were in foul trouble and had key players sitting for big stretches of the game. Any thing close to a touch was a foul. This was one of the worst reffed games I’ve ever seen.

I actually think the bad reffing helps take pressure off Golden for not adjusting on defense. But the refs definitely had an affect on the outcome.
