Texas lost to a Pac12 team.

And beat a brand spanking new Bama QB

That will be all.
Oh wow, the excuses are coming in hot this morning

So Texas was playing their 10th game when Alabama was playing their 2nd? Oh wait… it was also Texas’ 2nd game. How come their players were so much more prepared to the point that they utterly decimated Alabama on their own field? Could it be… and bear with me here… that they were just better?

Also, that pac 12 teams still finished with 14 wins and had two players drafted in the first 10 picks. In fact, your supreme overlord Alabama was so impressed with them that they hired Washington’s coach

Your reading comprehension is fairly poor.

Who the hell else were they going to get? Dabo?

I have no gripes with Washington being in either. But i'd bet Georgia over Washington all day.

Well according to you their skill level is so elite that no team can touch them. So they should’ve gotten whoever they wanted, no?

It’s ok to admit that Texas was better than the school all Auburn fans are utterly terrified, dumpling.

There aren't many certainties in life but Georgia pounding Texas's arse next year is one of them.

Everyone knew Bama was going to be in so I'm not real sure why Marty being at Bama would have sold him on this.

power conference.

Kentucky beat the 2nd best team in that “power conference” at home

That is equivalent to Syracuse going into Athens and winning

Their entire team opted out lol. How about the team that got in on a miracle play that had a 99.99% chance of losing by Vegas odds to a team with a losing record. They went undeafeated and got hosed. Never in history has a team with one loss jumped an undefeated from a power conference.

They should blame their weak scheduling. ACC was a joke last year. Cincinnati had a tougher schedule in 2021 when they got in and they got the last seed at #4.

It’s only a big deal still bc FSU had their best team in 10 years but unfortunately for them that has nothing to do with playoff seeding.

ESPN knew full well that Saban was going to retire.

I personally suspected something foul when Saban ambulance chased the injured FSU QB.

No other explanation makes any sense.

But alas, the entire country got to watch Saban lose his last game.

False. Same team, different players.

If your players quit off or on the field is just a reflection of the poor work ethic and attitude of the team.

If I was an FSU fan, I'd have been pissed. frick these mercenary players.

I thought Marty lived there and just went around looking under bathroom stall doors in the locker room in his off time.

If you've needed to wait for the official announcements to know what 4 teams were in the playoffs, then I just don't know what you are paying attention to, and/or you are just delusional and biased.

Never once has it ever been a question on who was going to the playoffs. Even the so called controversial years I thought it was obvious who the 4 were going to be.

The only time I ever thought a team made it that didn't belong was Cincy in 2021. But even then it was obvious they were going to throw a G5 team a bone just to prove they didn't really belong.

Revisionist history right here.

It was far from a forgone conclusion that FSU was going to be left out.

What is with the mental gymnastics?

The committee got it right. If it were about the best teams UGA had as good an argument as anyone. UGA had a chance to do it on the field of play and did not do so. FSU wasn't the 5th best team in the nation when they were healthy....they played no one except LSU and caught them early. They would have been beaten almost as soundly when healthy as UGA did when FSU pooched their lips out and pouted by Michigan, Washington, Ohio State, UGA, Texas, Alabama. It would not have been by 60 but it'd been by 3 scores against any of them.

The committee did get it right but Georgia was a top two team.

Truth is Auburn screwed Georgia by not covering fourth and a mile.

It's the rivalry that gives
