Florida should hire a DC from a major school who's had a ton of success.
OC's always want to call their own offensive plays which works rarely. DC's will hire a DC and an OC to do the jobs they need to do.
Head coaches from crappy schools who had some success... not a fan either.

No. Gus has been off the books for a year or two and Harsin's buyout was only like $15MM. Harsin will get his final installment in October.
