This is a tough one.
Many of the usual suspects are too busy licking their wounds to put a good Off-Season ranking.
I would go with LSU first thanks to the "we are going to beat everyone" narrative they have tried to spin even though Alabama has owned them.
In second place, and it is a neck and neck race here, I would go with A&M. They aren't predicting national titles this season but they just assume they are going to win 10+ games and hit a NY6 bowl game.
EDIT: Georgia gets a dishonorable mention here. Getting whipped by Texas has taken the starch out of their sails. Arkansas and Ole Miss fans have shown more signs of life.

I agree. The usual board super posters Arkansas and Tennessee must have been hiking the Appalachian Trail this summer and off the grid. They may have to play their way back into boarding shape this season.
