This is going to be a hoot because some of the money has probably already changed hands and if they lie on the paperwork it becomes a first degree felony.

And it will become public knowledge on how the committee members voted.

Personally, I want to see the communication between CFP Chairman Boo Corrigan and his brother who is ESPN VP Tim Corrigan.

I honestly wouldn’t mind seeing the CFP committee go down in flames

We thought the transfer portal and NIL would be the end of college football, but no, it’s Florida Politicians.

Cheap political theater .
..this will never see the light of day in a court room. The committee followed the rules as unanimously agreed to by all member institutions: strength of schedule, and injury to key players, were part of the criteria they had to consider.... They did their job..... Liberty has a better suit than Florida State

The committee changes the rules each year (i.e. which of your above rules are most important in that year).
Precedent hurts the committee and is why this will move forward.

They lost their starting QB. They aren’t even a top 10 team with their 3rd string QB. Simple as.

The backup would have been starting, not the third string Qb. You should have known that by now

They are a top 10 defense.
And why does the 3rd string QB matter?

Is the committee judging Bama on their backup QB? Washington?

Pass interference, targeting, and spitting was their only offense

I hate to burst your bubble but nothing remotely close to what you described is going to happen

I agree. But if there is proof of any fricky fricky and that comes out it would be huge. Obviously.

And, yet, they just kept on winning. They won all their games.

They did not get skullfricked at home on national tV.

I’m sure the report will be scathing. That’s all she has the power to do.

Talk about pandering for votes. I’m glad everything is going so well in the State of Florida that they have all this extra time and money to spend on the CFP.
