I feel like if you opt out early, there should be a reduction in your scholarship for that year. Losing that many players to a NY6 bowl really takes the fun out of a competitive game

Really important game for both programs.
OU trying to shake off the bad early season start and finally beat an SEC team again.
Florida trying to show they are becoming a top tier program despite the shocking LSU loss.
Either program getting blown out could cause some anger from the fan bases.
With all these players out not liking our chances Ou has played well lately
