Listen man... Bar fight, driving with a suspended license, busted for pot, underage drinking. Boys will be boys in college etc. I could care less. Those are the things you give second chances to and do what's best for all involved and let the kids learn from their mistakes while you get them help.
Beating a woman and it was video taped? Different story. Go somewhere else. I would assume most MSU alums would approach the issue the same way.

Anyways...I started following again when my kids were old enough and I actually had free time again. I really started posting again when Kirby became the coach. My time at UGA overlapped with Kirby while he was there at the Terry college of Business.
So no I don't usually post a lot...but Dan's mouth made it to hard to pass up with this offseason of joy I have experienced.

You don't know all the facts. You don't even know a fraction of the facts most likely. The ones who do are the coaches and that's why it's generally their decision to make.
The #1 question is will it happen again. And that's something you personally don't have a clue about. Again, it's something the coach can judge.
And then the next question is how will it effect the team, because that's what the coach has to keep in mind as well. If you have a bad apple and you allow that bad apple to stay - which btw, could be many of the things you said you had no problem with - then the team will pay the consequences.
And I don't at all believe you would be posting this much if it was a Georgia player. Over the years I've seen these things come up, and every time the fans of said team defend it. Oh sure, you might pipe up 1 time or whatever, but you aren't going to sit around and harp on and on about how Georgia is falling apart over it.
I really don't believe your motives have a damn thing with you caring about the victim. Because the place to do those things is in the legal system.

btw...I have heard Mullen and family have been to Lake Oconee in GA a lot this summer. Does anyone know how many times he has been there with all this going on in his program?

Mullen has a home in Georgia. He spends a lot of time therexin summer. State fans always brought that up when talking about Mullen.

It just seems to me he is spending a lot of time on Lake Oconee while his program is a dumpster fire...Wouldn't it be all hands on deck to get things straightened out?

To be fair to Mullen, he can’t have any contact with his players until fall camp. Still, Kirby is at UGA running football camps and hosting recruits so I don’t know what Mullen’s excuse is

Uf’s best current commit just released a top 7, so you might as well consider him a de commit. Even if he re commits, he is borderline with grades.
