It was supposedly a paperwork mistake, but we only tried to ratify it the first time in 1995.

Its more the fact that some of these assholes were bragging about being progressive when he's saying the dumbest, most offensive, stupid things. I remember the guy bragging that no one voted against it, although not everyone in the House voted.
God, my state is embarrassing. At least we didn't do that dumb abortion bill a few months back, which I was incredibly shocked didn't pass.

I don't hate him. I think he is an okay coach. He just let's us down around this time every season. This was the team that should have went to the tournament. Pretty much his best shot.
