Sure and I think it is very a-hole-ish to make fun of him, for it. It would be like calling an offensive of defensive tackle fat. You wouldn't do it to their face.

Finebaum has made his living exploiting his low IQ, freakshow callers for cheap laughs at their expense. He's hardly the person to be delivering this message.

Alopecia is semi common and there are several athletes with it. I know the Steelers starting ILB Shazier has it as well.

Not trying to get on a high horse, but out of many flaws I've had in my life, making fun of people never was something I typically avoided. I always had this thought in the back of my mind that "it" (the same physical issue) would come back on my kids when I started having kids.
