And I'm tired of debating the political bullshite. The Ag side that has sources is saying politics will not be an issue.

Yesterday I posted a twitter conversation with Me, FrankTheTank and Liucci. I stated that the Baylor political factions would creat a HUGE fight over this if A&M decided to pull the trigger and Liucci agreed. Here it is again:

FTT:

Who would block an A&M move? Texas politicians? Even if SEC invite is there, that's the wild card, isn't it?

Me:

Baylor's political stroke is surprising large and will have HUGE s**t-fit about this.

Liucci:

without question

Nothing in this world is impossible but based on history, even the events of last summer, their will be a serious political fight. Liucci even admits it. If necessary, I can post the screen caps. I don't know why you are so reluctant to accept it as true. Liucci knows it is true.

Finebaum is about to read an Auburn article from an advanced SI issue he has received.

So what did the SI article about Auburn having the hammer dropped say? Or was it just another dud in the 'hammer is going to drop on AU' series?

They had their chance. Besides, given the circumstance on how they left; it would never happen.

He agreed Baylor would throw a shite fit. Of course they would. Bit it doesn't matter. If Iowa St throws a shite fit would it matter? If you throw a s/f does it matter?

The answer to all of these questions is No

Drunk, why don't you RT Looch and ask, "but does it matter if BU tries to block it? Do they have that power?"

I currently love how scheduling is done and how rivalries are kept in tact and artificial rivalries are manufactured (ala LSU-Florida)
hey what the frick....

you think that is a manufactured rivalry? There is a reason f.u. has been my most hated team since the mid-80's. LSU-f.u. played every year from the 50's up to SEC expansion and the series was competitive (with LSU leading).

Like I said, its going donw.

Bill (Dr. D):

Why are you so adamant on something you claim you don't care about.

I hear "Let aggy go to SEC. Great. I want to be Indy."

If you don't care, then why do you get on the bat phone so fast and start whining on air.

Look, I can tell you are an intelligent guy, but you come across as very condescending and defensive, because deep down, you don't want this to happen. Why else would you waste your breath on this? If there is another reason, I'm all ears bud.

Yep. I caught Liucci in a 100% lie. When he said A&M wants equal revenue sharing and Texas doesn't, you know that is an absolute lie:

https://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/news/story?id=5285680

quote:

Because the Big 12 has unequal revenue sharing, the deal will mean more money for Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma, who all would receive at least $20 million annually from the new deal.

quote:

The other seven schools in the Big 12 would make between $14 million and $17 million, doubling what they currently receive in TV revenue.

By the way, I am glad Paul apologized today because Bloom and Liucci sag the same song. However Big Kat, just like Liucci, Bloom spoke at length to the political difficulties in making this move and you have had a contrary position to them every time we have gone back and forth.

#1 I didn't get on the phone "so fast", they always put me right on - seriously.

#2 I called because Liucci told a straight up lie about Texas to an audience & host that don't know the facts.

#3 I do want A&M to go to the SEC to end all of this.

There's a difference between wanting equal revenue sharing, and realizing that Texas won't allow equal revenue sharing in the current Big 12 structure and looking to get an equal cut of the pie of one your main rivals.

Semantics here....

A&M knows full well that equal revenue sharing will never happen in the current Big 12... ever.

I would gladly take a Texas, aTm, Baylor, Tech meltdown/pissing match/ Civil War on Finebaum.

I need a break from the never ending AU UA war.

FrankTheTank just gets his info from the Whorn Bloggers and puts his slightly different wording on it.

Hell, he's friends with a couple of them.

That is obvious to everyone.
