The road trips and venues really are incredible. They sure beat the hell out of Ames, Stillwater, Manhattan, Waco, Lubbock and lawrence.

Sorry, but Death Valley is not an historical venue. Other than that, welcome aboard and carry on.

I have every reason to think the top three or four teams from the SEC will make the playoffs occasionally. The schedule will be awesome and the value of season tickets just went up. Boomer.

Whether it’s .500, undefeated or whatever, it’ll be nice to play games at some historical venues in the great SEC. Death Valley! Neyland! Sanford! Griffin! BDS! Cockaboose! Jordan-Hare! Glad to be part of the SEC family whether some like it or not. As an Oklahoma fan, a die hard college football history fan, this is monumental and I look forward to making some future trips to these locations.

S - E - C !!!!!

Welcome to the conference! We certainly look forward to playing you and likely getting our arses reemed by your offense (at least as far as Kentucky is concerned). Texas on the other hand? Can you please tell them to chill out? Every single one of them that has posted has been a genuine dbag

Welcoming OU became a lot easier after the Texas fanbase opened its collective mouth.

Isn't this the truth? I wonder how long they realize that divas don't get a warm welcome here. Can't wait to see these folks get put in place by mediocre teams in our league, like Kentucky

It’s so nice that Texas fans like yourself who have hid behind a LSU logo don’t have to anymore.

Kentucky Double is the bomb.

For the newbs, that's Keeneland horse racing in the afternoon and a night game in Commonwealth.

Restaurant scene here is incredible if you are a foody...and of course there is real bourbon whiskey, not that Tennessee shite or Southern Comfort.

That's the thing. A lot of SEC fans don't like to admit it, but Lexington is actually a pretty dope place to visit for a weekend. Between all the restaurants popping up due to some of the best culinary schools in the country being in state and the pride we take in our local beer and bourbon, it's a great get away. Add in that the live music scene is thriving here and the fact that Cinci and Louisville are an hour or less away, it's a fantastic place to visit with a lot more to offer than a lot of the other cities in the SEC.
