Region 6 in an embarrassing landslide.

Those folks do NOT frick around

I think I told this story already, but we tailgated with some guys from Madison this year when Wisconsin played in Tuscaloosa (which had one of those embarrassing 11am kicks), and they were calling us pussies because the bars on the strip weren't already open at 6 o'clock.

Ain't nobody beating Wisconsin.

Ask anyone who has been to Ft. McCoy.

Yea in Columbus we would do kegs and eggs at like 5:30 am on gamedays

To be fair, the B1G has way more noon kicks so you gotta drink early

Don't sleep on the north east (13). New Hampshire was rated as having the most alcoholics in the nation before.

Plus don't forget places like Boston and surrounding areas have a large Irish population. My GF is extremely Irish, she's 130 lbs and can drink 250 lb men under the table with ease.

Please. They wouldn’t even make the medal podium.

If we are going to be honest, I don't think there is any way that 6 would lose.
dunno, there has been a dramatic net increase in their teetotalers-for-religious-reasons population percentages in recent years

i do like that my adopted home state (#9) is going it alone

Yeah, honestly Louisiana would still be a No. 1 seed as a separate state.

Wisconsin would be the overall #1 seed.

If it's an event, LA beats WI.

Units Sold (Season)
LSU 317,436
Wisconsin 255,122

If it's every day average drinking throughout the year, WI takes the title. But for a tournament, LA trounces everyone.

Now, if you start combining states, that changes the math a little. Units sold per ticket scanned, region 8 punches way above weight class:

Ole Miss: ~0.74 units per person.
LSU: ~0.80 units per person.
Michigan: ~0.45 units per person.
Minnesota: ~0.55 units per person

Midwesterners drink more often, but Southerners drink more intensely when an occasion is provided

It ain't LSU vs Wisky. It's the State of La vs the State of Wis.

Region 6 whoops Region 8's backside.. .

I didn't say it was but LSU vs Wisky is certainly indicative of the point I made

It's like you didn't read my post at all. If it's an event, reg 8 wins. If it's everyday drinking, sure, reg 6 wins. But the point of the OP was a tournament, not everyday drinking
