He was over his head at UF and played old man football with spread players.
He made some clear mistakes. I hope he's learned a lot from those and he doesn't take USC down. Only time will tell.

Well Auburn hiring a 5-19 coach has got to be close to as uninspiring.
If you judge a coaching hiring by the quality of their resume before their hiring and don't take into account what happened during their tenure, it's hard to find a worse hiring than Muschamp or Chizik. Those have got to be the 2 worst hirings ever from a purely resume standpoint.

He's got a team this year that's a little more versatile, but everything I've seen says we'll be close to what we were under spurrier, a shotgun, spread based offense, with more option.
