College football is back!! Smoking a brisket tomorrow while drinking beers and watching a solid day of college football! Thank you God for being born in the South! They just don't understand this passion any where else.

I hear ya. Tomorrow I'm doing nothing but drinking beer, watching college football and smoking pork steaks. The best time of the year. I plan on doing this as many Saturdays as I can this fall.

Yep, pork butt, spare ribs, turkey are brining. Brisket will go on early in the morning. Got some burnt ends, chicken wings, and venison sausage for snacking. Loving the Lang Smoker my wife got me for Christmas. Might shoot some doves with my 12 yr old son for some icing on the cake tomorrow. Enjoy the day, gentlemen.
