Even though he never got to coach a game at LSU, he was a really good man and friend of our family.

He was one of the kindest, most humble gentlemen I've ever known. It's amazing that a man like that could be as tough and manly as he was.
Another guy who'd surprise folks is Bill (Brother) Oliver. Away from ball, he was just one of the guys.
