I see that Arkansas and Mizzou are both progressing nicely on the football stadiums. Are there any other projects going on around the SEC?

Dan Mullen has the 30th ranked recruiting class as the head coach of the Florida Gators, so I guess you could say things are ahead of schedule in the construction of Florida's new retro, pre-Spurrier Florida program.

Who won the War Mart Cart last season?

Probably the best shot for Mizzou to develop a in conference rival. I mean ArKANSAS has real possibilities.

Kansas had a fat football coach
Arkansas had a fat football coach

Kansas went to Final Fours
Arkansas went to Final Fours

Kansas has been to a CWS
Arkansas has been to a CWS

Kansas was stuck with the longhorns in the B12
Arkansas was stuck with the longhorns in the SWC

Kansas has several O T&F titles (#11 all time behind TAMU and tied with the Vols))
Arkansas has several O T&F titles (#2 all time behind Southern California)

Mississippi State is wrapping up a new baseball stadium:

And a new home locker room in the football stadium:

Next up is a renovation of the basketball arena, and then south endzone renovation at Davis Wade.

Lots of great stuff happening.

Track and Field

I think the softball is finished. It was finished enough to get a few games in last year.

Looks more like greenspace

Where is the track
Where is the field

UK build a new one a few years ago and the track is UK blue. Moved up the charts in terms of T&F prowess. texas just hired UK's coach.

Ole Miss just finished the end of the Walk of Champions on the stadium side. It includes the list of all letter winners plus a bell tower.

The old home locker room in the SEZ will become the visitors locker room. This season will be the first time in, I'm assuming, a very long time that the team will not take the field from the M Club building

Is that green pavement or a grass parking lot?

Have you not been to the new multi use facility?

Spent some coin on baseball too

Also, with rejection of shared facility it appears football is getting funds to renovate

Our endzone project is progressing nicely and should look pretty sweet.

Its also part of why our previous AD was fired. Plowing 130+ million into the project while tolerating mediocre (at best) play from the football team was particularly irritating to the powers that be. Add in our men's basketball and men's track teams under performing and the always festering Little Rock issue and it got Long showed the door.

TBD. It's a little bit down the road. But it will involve renovating/redoing the Seal M building and bowling the endzone.

There's also some press box and concourse upgrades on the agenda. Basketball is next on the list though...Humphrey Coliseum is awesome but the concourses need to be upgraded and premium seating options will be added.

There was an interview with Ross Bjork last week and in that he said that a few of his colleagues at other SEC schools were planning on reducing stadium capacity.
