Are you retarded? His car shows up 4 seconds after the wreck happens. He wasn’t speeding in the clip and there was a car between him and the car that wrecked.

That's a problematic assumption. And that's not the only problem with that belief. The key witness flat out told the police that it wasn't the green car it was the car tailgating him that caused (causality) that wreck.

This is most likely what happened. The person driving vehicle 2 was eating some funions and playing on the phone. They looked up saw the gold truck was going slower than vehicle 2 so they swerved to miss the gold truck. Unfortunately vehicle 1 was in that lane.
Kyren Lacy’s vehicle had nothing to do with the accident. The driver of the gold truck said he was turning off the road. He didn’t say anything about braking to avoid kyren’s vehicle. The driver of the golf truck even refused to sign the statement the cop wrote out for him.

There are a multitude of reasons why evidence takes months or years to be made public in almost every accident involving a death.
Hell, my daughter crashed into a freaking roadside internet provider pole and it took 14 months for her passenger to accept our insurance company's payment. We didn't find out they paid it until another 2 months after that.
Did his lawyer just not tell him this?

I saw the video on IG earlier and I’m confused how he was ever deemed responsible. I don’t know the back story except it led to him taking his own life. It’s a very sad situation.

Witness refused to sign the statement.
The LSP used to be one of the most respected law enforcement agencies in the country.

No. The legal standard is whether a negligent act was the direct proximate cause of the accident. Based on the video I watched, and also the on-tape statement of the pickup driver, it would be very difficult to prove any causation here.
