I find this amusing actually. USM is hitting .285 as a team in the Sunbelt, which is good for 123rd in the nation. They are about to face the #2 ERA and WHIP in the country. I believe they better be the ones that are carful.

Everyone watched that regional because it was the best matchup across the board. Doesn’t mean most people don’t dislike Tennessee. A lot of those people watched but still pulled for clemson

The Vols have expanded the viewership since last year. This much college baseball exposure is good for the game. Like it or not last years UT team had people tuning in that hasn’t normally in the past. The ways the Vols played last year has brought a new dimension to the game that has raised the popularity of the sport.

You don't say that a 14 inning regional matchup between the #4 national seed and the #2 preseason ranked team drew a lot of eyeballs? Just get the stat right. It was the 2nd most watched regional game, not regional.
