Nah, I had it right the first time. He's turned into a a solid experienced veteran. I Like Arkansas to win if BA plays.

Arkansas' QB very much matters. If they have somebody who can't make quick decisions in play-action then they are in trouble.

It will be interesting to see if the line moves once we get a definitive answer on Allen's status. Bielema said he "has a chance" to play this Saturday. Doesn't sound good to me.

Does Bielema have any history of dragging out injury updates to try to gain a competitive advantage?

I'm assuming Brandon and Austin have similar playing style, although a start by Austin probably would mean less pass plays?

Not that I know of.

Yeah and we would probably see a lot more wildcat with Collins and Williams taking direct snaps.

Good question and yes he does do that I've noticed a few times at Whisky. BB plays the "game" very well.

I think Brandon Allen, at best, is an average college QB. For the Hogs to be successful, he just needs to not do anything to hurt the team. If he is needed to win the game for Arkansas, we may be in trouble.

And, for the most part this year, he has been pretty good at not making bad plays.

Should be an interesting game, and I sure hope Brandon Allen is taking the snaps.

it really doesn't matter if BB is playing out the injury card for any kind of tactical advantage... MU does what MU does...

I like it better when we aren't favored to win. Has been working well for Mizzou.

Sounds like we have a battle of "don't let our QB frick it up" on our hands this weekend.

Get out of here with your common-sense, realistic post. You're an Arky fan, dammit.

Brandon is tGOAT. You haven't seen a ball as good since Mallett. Missouri children avert your eyes from the glory that is Brandon Allen.

Stuff like that.

Why is Allen's completion rate in SEC play? I know Matty Mauk is completing 47% against the East

Not really. Within the same drive, I saw a couple of versions of a 3 TE set and 8 guys lined up on the left side of the field then the ball snapped on the right side, to a RB, with the intent to throw to the guy lined up as the center, followed by a "wild hog".
