If you fire Jimbo, pay his buyout and offer the same deal, you’ll get any coach you want.

Keep Fisher for as long as he’s recruiting at a high level. If recruiting falls off - get the buyout ready.

That said, hiring new coaches is almost always a gamble regardless of how proven they may have been elsewhere. There’s so many variables and every circumstance is unique. Very hard to know you hired a guy who will win

Don't sweat it. You have the resources and the surrounding talent - the most important items.
You're easily top 6 or 7 in the SEC (I have you in the top 6, with Florida out).
Having Texas in the league will actually make you better - there with be more urgency and blood thirsty competition.
You just have to go through the churn with coaches and/or coordinators. Just look at the recent history of all top SEC schools. Everyone goes through it. Saban is just the once in a lifetime exception. Jimbo will hire an offensive coordinator and if it doesn't work out, Jimbo be fired in 2 years. Then you have more hope.
